When does the BETA end?

Crowned Captions is currently in BETA as of August 25, 2024.
There is no current end date for BETA, but we aim for a full release between later 2024 ~ early 2025.

We highly encourage everyone to join our Discord Community to remain up to date with the BETA progress.

Does Crowned Captions have a refund policy?

Crowned Captions does not have a refund policy.

We encourage all users to utilize the “Trial” tier before completing a subscription.

Do BETA users get additional perks after launch?

Yes! Crowned Captions will provide multiple benefits for all BETA users once the BETA phase is over.

What video formats are supported?

Crowned Captions supports 9:16 and 16:9 formats, with upload limits of up to 1GB in file size, and a max length of 3 minutes.

Which languages are supported?

We currently only support English.

We are actively working on implementing more languages.
